Looking back at your preliminary task (the college magazine task), what do you feel you have learnt in the progression from it to full product?

  Something which helped me improve my main task was the process of audience research.It helped me understand the needs and wants of my target audience so therefore helped me improve the layout and overall look of the three products.

Another process which helped to improve was looking and analyzing real media products, this helped me understand common genre conventions for each type of music magazine and showed me what layouts looked good and what didn't.
